Yesterday was so beautiful! Hiked with good friends to Southford Falls! The sound of the brook and falls soothes the soul!!! Yummy pizza after didn't hurt either!! Thanks for a beautiful day!!!
About Us: Simple Gifts Farm grows fine fiber from our Olde English babydoll Sheep and our alpacas. Ray, Marti's husband, tends and shears the sheep and alpacas. In truth our sheep, alpacas and other animals are resident family members! Once our roving returns from the fiber processing mill, Marti spins the roving into yarn. As a passionate fiber artist, Marti designs patterns for hand spun natural and hand dyed yarns. In addition to making her fine yarns and roving available for purchase, Marti makes up kits with her patterns and yarn. Marti has great enthusiam for spinning, knitting and design.
